Jeffersonville Assembly of God
“2011 Women’s Conference” will be held on Friday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m.
Evangelist Vonda Bishop, the Jeffersonville Assembly of God Worship Leaders and chorus will be presenting music for the evening.  Plan on staying after the service for refreshments and fellowship.

Revival
Clay City First Church of God will be having Revival Sept. 11-14 with speaker Travis Risner from Fort Myer, Florida.  Sunday morning service will be at 10:45 a.m.; Sunday evening service begins at 6 p.m.  Services Monday – Wednesday will be at 7 p.m.  Rev Garland Lacy and congregation send a warm invite to you.

POPfest

The 4th Annual Power of Praise music festival, known as POPfest is scheduled to be held on Sunday, Sept. 11 at the Epperson First Church of God in Winchester from 2-10 p.m. This year’s featured ministries include Kidz of the Lord, David the Band, Trish Torline, Crosslife, Without Form and Ebenezer Stone. Admission is FREE!

Homecoming

Knowlton Church of God on Highway 213, Furnace Road, Stanton, will have their 18th Annual Homecoming Sunday, Sept. 11. Service starts at 10 a.m., with The Howard Family Singers from Krypton, Perry County. Lunch will be served at approximately 1 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Prayer Task Force Schedule
The Powell County Christians United Against Drugs (PCCUAD) Prayer Task Force will meet this Saturday morning at the Stanton Baptist Church.  Beginning on Sept. 3 the meetings will be held at the Stanton Presbyterian Church located next door to the Powell County Health Department on Main Street. This meeting is for all Christians to come and pray together. We name our prayer concerns, pray and leave. Do you have one hour for God? You will be blessed, everyone welcome! The prayer service starts at 9 a.m.
