Prayer Task Force Schedule
The Powell County Christians United Against Drugs (PCCUAD) Prayer Task Force will be holding prayer meetings on Saturday mornings at various churches throughout the county. The April 24 meeting is at the Stanton First Church of God. The prayer service starts at 9 a.m.
Revival services will be held Wednesday, April 21 thru Friday, April 23 at Torrent First Church of God located on Hwy 11, six miles south of Natural Bridge State Park. The evangelists are: Wednesday night, Rev. Adam Hayes from Tar Ridge First Church of God; Thursday night, Rev. Bobby Hollon from Jackson First Church of God; Friday night, Rev. Anthony Molihan from Stanton First Church of God. Services will begin at 7 p.m. with special music and fellowship each evening. Our church has been much in prayer for souls to be saved and communities to be spiritually revived. Everyone is cordially invited to attend and worship with us. Pastor Marvin Hobbs.
Vaughn’s Mill First Church of God
Tony Gore will be on hand at Vaughn’s Mill First Church of God on Sunday, April 25 at 10:30 a.m.. A love offering will be taken.
Soul’d Out Quartet and Common Bond Quartet will be in concert on Saturday, April 24 at 6 p.m. at the Morris Creek Tabernacle located at 1669 Morris Creek in Stanton.
Tony Gore and Common Bond Quartet will be in concert on Sunday, April 25 at 7 p.m. at the First Church of God located at 1051 Camargo Road in Mt Sterling.
Squire Parsons and Common Bond Quartet will be performing on Friday, April 30 at 7 p.m. at the South Elkhorn Baptist Church which is located at 4867 Versailles Road in Lexington.
The Nelons and Common Bond Quartet will be in concert on Saturday, May 1at 6:30 p.m. at the White Hall Baptist Church located at 3401 Colonel Road in Richmond.
