House of Deliverance Revival
The House of Deliverance and Pastor Sam Patrick invite you to attend their revival at their church located across from Happy Hearts Daycare and diagonal from McKinney’s Food Mart in Clay City on Oct. 27-Nov. 2. Sunday will be our 5 year homecoming celebration all are welcomed to attend We will have a potluck dinner so bring your favorite dish. Services will start 7 p.m. nightly

Clay City Church of Christ
The Clay City Church of Christ, located at 5719 Main Street in Clay City will be holding a Gospel Meeting Nov. 2-6 with Dan Murphy as the speaker. The service on Sunday, Nov. 2 with Bible Study at 10 a.m., Morning Worship at 112 a.m. and Evening Service at 6 p.m. The Monday through Thursday services will begin at 7 p.m.
Stanton First Church of God Turkey Dinner and Auction
A Turkey Dinner and Auction will be held at Stanton First Church of God, 980 East College Avenue, on Friday, November 7, 2014 beginning with a $5 Turkey Dinner at 5 p.m. The auction will begin at 7 p.m. in the church fellowship hall with lots of items suitable for Christmas shopping and decorating. Wood crafts, home canned green beans, jam cakes, and candies will be available.
Full Gospel Lighthouse Community Fellowship
The Full Gospel Lighthouse on 5th Avenue, Clay City, will be having community fellowship on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to join us for food, fellowship and good clean fun.
PCCUAD Prayer Meeting
The Powell County Christians United Against Drugs prayer meeting is held each Saturday at 9 am at the Clay City Baptist Church except for once a month it will meet at the following churches: Oct. 18 – Cat Creek Church of Christ; Nov. 15 – Mill Knob Baptist Church; Dec. 13 – Emmanuel Baptist.
This prayer meeting is for all people of our county to meet together for a time of prayer not only for our drug situation but other concerns as well. If further information is needed, please call 663-4356.
